Starting at 12:04 UTC, newly loaded Help Desk pages were failing to connect inbound Phone calls. The team has shipped a fix and all services are restored to normal functionality. Teammates that were experiencing errors will need to refresh the Help Desk to receive inbound Phone Calls.
